Maleek Berry Has Collaborations With Wande Coal & Wizkid In The Works
While we are still jamming Maleek Berry’s incredible sophomore EP, First Daze of Winter, as well as all the solid collaborations he’s scored this year — from Raye’s “Confidence” to Yogi’s “Baby” — we’d be lying if we said we weren’t anticipating some new singles from the afropop star.
Well, according to the “Been Calling” singer, he’s currently working on some new music that he’s really excited about. He’s already teased upcoming collaborations with Wizkid, Wande Coal, MUT4Y and Nana Rogues.
While Maleek has produced some stellar hits for both Wizkid and Wande Coal in the past, he’s actually never collaborated with either of them as a bonafide artist. Which makes news of their upcoming collaborations particularly exciting.
Following Nana Rogues’ outstanding production on Raye’s “Confidence”, it’s no surprise that Maleek is eager to work with him again. As for MUT4Y, who helmed Wizkid’s “Manya” and produced Olamide’s “Kana”, the team-up is honestly a no-brainer.
No word on when these songs will be released, but we are eagerly anticipating the inevitable bops!
Everyone that has been waiting for some MB x @wandecoal music……ohhhhh boyyyyyyyyyyy!!! 😭🔊🔥🤯
